Irresistible Caramel Apple Crunch Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 box (21 ounces) Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush half of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and spread it evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spoon apple pie filling over the crushed cereal layer.
  4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple pie filling.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch over the caramel layer.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the cereal layers.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.
