Irresistible Caramel Apple Crunch Delight
Ingredients:
- 1 box (21 ounces) Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush half of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and spread it evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon apple pie filling over the crushed cereal layer.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the apple pie filling.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch over the caramel layer.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the cereal layers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.
